Having recently discovered that the cause for my life-long (and recently worsening) eczema is in fact new allergies, I have set out on a journey to eliminate these things from my diet, without eliminating the pleasure that I get from food and from life!

On this blog you’ll find recipes that are free of the following list of allergens. They will also be healthy, sometimes decadent, conducive to an on-the-go lifestyle, and never too expensive. I also review allergen-free products, rating their effectiveness and quality for their price.

I hope that if you too are suffering from allergies that you find hope and yummy inspiration here! But if you are free to eat whatever you want, I hope that you just enjoy the deliciousness!
